Hi, I'm Brandy.

After starting my career in the banking industry almost 20 years ago, I decided to go back to college in 2013 and I earned an associate’s degree in accounting from Umpqua Community College. Then, while working in several accounting positions in Douglas County, I earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2019. It was while working as Director of Payroll and Bookkeeping at a local CPA firm that I saw how much need there was for qualified payroll and bookkeeping services in our area. Payroll and bookkeeping can be stressful, time-consuming, and complicated and I wanted to help local service-based businesses like yours. That's what inspired me to start Wrightway Bookkeeping & Payroll Services.

But, when I'm not doing all the regular accounting stuff like reconciling accounts, preparing quarterly & year-end reports, or dealing with the IRS, I like to spend my free time reading. BOLI has a delightful 7-book series on employment law that is always a good read . . . just kidding, of course. What I really enjoy is spending time outdoors. Whether I'm playing on the beach, relaxing by the Umpqua River, or just getting out in the woods, that is where I like to be.
